Welcome to the Fort Street Elementary School homepage! As a school where students begin their educational journey, I am incredibly proud of the dedicated faculty and staff at Fort Street who work so diligently each day to provide sound educational programs and services for students in grades Pre-K through 6th grade. To ensure each student is prepared to move on to the next step in education, this particular section of the site features links to all of the Elementary School class pages along with many other links that concern the day to day operation of our school and students.

ESEA DASHBOARD
As required by the U.S. Department of Education and Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), an ESEA report card (ESEADashboard) is generated by the Maine Department of Education annually for each school and district, as well as the state. The purpose of the federal law is to ensure transparency of school performance to families and community members.
The Maine DOE will no longer distribute PDF district and school ESEA report cards. All ESEA report cards are now are housed within the ESEA Dashboard. The ESEA Dashboard is available here: https://www.maine.gov/doe/dashboard
